Aventis selects ParkStone for marketing agreement
The system is designed to enable physicians to benefit from a variety of functions to improve patient safety while increasing practice efficiencies. Using the application, physicians may prescribe any drug approved by the FDA with instant access to patient-specific formulary information. In addition, the software automatically checks for harmful drug interactions and allergic reactions as part of the prescription-writing process. Users of the software are able to gain mobile access to patient information and medication histories, giving physicians the ability to make informed prescribing decisions.
