TechTeam Global announces agreement with CRF Box

Under the terms of the agreement, TechTeam will provide telecom provisioning and 1st Level Help Desk support for CRF Box pharmaceutical clients conducting clinical trials on a global basis.



Under the terms of the agreement, TechTeam will provide telecom provisioning and 1st Level Help Desk support for CRF Box pharmaceutical clients conducting clinical trials on a global basis. Support will be provided from TechTeam's Brussels, Belgium office. The Brussels operation will provide support services for CRF Box in 18 languages, and is capable of supporting CRF Box clients' future requirements for qualitative global clinical trial support.

CRF Box provides electronic patient diaries and electronic data capture for clinical trials. Over 33,000 patients and 680 research sites currently use CRF Box technology worldwide.

The first project that TechTeam will support for CRF Box is a Phase 3 clinical trial initiated by a global pharmaceutical company. More than 300 sites in 24 different countries and over 2500 patients will be able to call or e-mail the help desk with their technical support questions.
