Agnitio CEO Morten Hjelmsø on how technology can help marketers to do what they do best: communicate!
In this exclusive eyeforpharma video, Morten Hjelmsø, CEO of Agnitio, discusses how his company has posted such impressive growth rate over the past few years. The secret, he says, is to deploy technology that allows marketers to do what they do best: communicate.
New technologies, especially mobile devices, are driving a dramatic switch from ‘push’ to ‘pull’ communication, Hjelmsø says. Healthcare professionals are no longer passive recipients of marketing messages; they are actively seeking to fill the gaps in their own knowledge. This presents pharma marketers with a significant opportunity to influence the perceptions of customers and to deliver value.
Hjelmsø explains Agnitio’s strategy of delivering value to customers, personalizing communication messages, and executing across multiple channels. “This game is not about reducing fat but gaining muscle,” he says.
