
Paul has been responsible for eyeforpharma since 2003. Since then, the team has grown from 3 people operating in 5 continents, with 40% average annual growth.
Paul is primarily responsible for strategy, planning and new opportunities. He has also recently been renovating his new house, enjoys architecture and playing the piano.

Ed is responsible for all Events and Sponsorship at eyeforpharma.
He is particularly keen on talking with any vendor companies who are interested in meeting more pharma executives.

Kate has been with eyeforpharma since 2007, and is responsible for training and personnel. She is also currently looking at our Medical Device and Diagnostics space, MDDexec. A keen traveller with interests in all things international, her spare energy is channelled into dancing and sewing. Kate is currently training for the Berlin Marathon.

Claire is a Law graduate and has been with eyeforpharma since August 2008. Claire contributes to consolidating current ventures and building new communities in the Pharma space. Outside of work, Claire enjoys travel, watching sport and the arts.

Izzy has been working for eyeforpharma since August 2004. She moved to Australia in November 2008 to run and build eyeforpharma's Asian business. Previously she was Head of Global Events and worked very closely with Paul Simms in order to ensure the team's strategic and ambitious visions turn into reality and run effectively and efficiently. She brings a strong can-do attitude to the team and has helped in expanding eyeforpharma to where it is now. Izzy enjoys long-distance running, cycling, gardening, wine and travelling.

Kunie is a Psychology & Counseling graduate from a UK university. Her work experience involves international marketing and PR in the beauty industry. Outside work, Kunie enjoys socializing, beach holidays and shopping.

Takuya began working with eyeforpharma in October 2006 as a Global Conference Director with a special brief to develop outstanding pharma events for the Japanese market. His first task was to develop the fast-growing annual Sales Force Effectiveness Japan, followed by other events designed to meet the particular needs of the Japanese pharmaceutical industry.
Takuya hopes his previous career in the arts, when combined with his keen interest in international business, will add an extra dimension to the experience he creates for conference participants.

Mariana is a Marketing and Communications graduate from Mexico, and completed her masters in London. Her work experience involves creating marketing and advertising campaigns and developing new business. Outside work, Mariana enjoys spending time with friends, travelling and dancing.

Puja joined the team at the start of 2009 and specialises in the development of the forecasting segment at eyeforpharma. In addition, she is responsible for managing ForecastFocus, a new business dedicated to forecasting and business planning professions across a number of vertical industries.
Prior to joining eyeforpharma, Puja spent her previous 2years at sister company Telematics Update where she worked closely with the automotive and wireless technology communities and successfully grew her business segments by 35% each year.
A graduate in Linguistics and a northern girl at heart, Puja spends her spare time practising bikram yoga, visiting art galleries and letting her hair down!

Nina moved to eyeforpharma in 2003 and is in charge of global pharmaceutical sales.
Nina provides a strong voice for solution providers in all aspects of eyeforpharma's work, ensuring that pharmaceutical executives are able to benefit from their products, services and broader industry knowledge from working with multiple clients. Nina works with a number of suppliers, looking at the bigger picture and generating the best positioning/exposure for each company.

Lisa became Editor at eyeforpharma in 2000 and helped launched the team's original newsletter, the eyeforpharma Briefing. Today, she generates most of eyeforpharma's original content for our newsletters and performs editorial duties, overseeing eyeforpharma's contributed content as well as its articles in other leading industry publications. Lisa's work for many years as a researcher in the pharmaceutical and medical research industries gives her a keen insider perspective on the unique challenges facing the industry. She is based in Texas and in her spare time enjoys gardening, riding horses and spending time with her two daughters and husband

Alexandra Kisby is the editorial manager of the eyeforpharma website, and is responsible for all things related to the site including content, newsletters and promotion. Her current mission is to build the community of eyeforpharma readers/ contributors and encourage the pharma world to share their issues at www.eyeforpharma.com. Outside of work, she is Mum to toddler Jackson, enjoys running, reading and beating people at Scrabble.

Maria has worked with eyeforpharma since September 2007, but moved officially to the team in 2008. She has been involved in established events, but is also very keen to discover new niche markets to expand eyeforpharma's business.
A keen traveller but also a very happy home person, Maria loves dividing up her time between friends and family all over the world.

Tamara graduated in 2008 as an Electronic Engineer from Madrid. She previously worked as a Sales and Commercial Engineer for Siemens, which involved new business development for the Pharma department of the company. In 2009, Tamara moved to London and joined eyeforpharma to develop our presence in the Latin America market and work closely with this community.
In her spare time, Tamara enjoys socialising with friends, travelling to new and interesting places, as well as practicing almost any kind of sport she can!

Jon joined eyeforpharma in 2009. As a keen entrepreneur Jon is keen to bring new business and ideas to the team, as well as ensuring that all conferences exceed expectations. In Jon's spare time he teaches Kickboxing and enjoys a variety of other sports.

Joanna has been with eyeforpharma since February 2006 as a "behind the scenes" manager, ensuring that a conference runs as smoothly as it can for everyone involved. Whilst travelling to most events (Japan and Mexico being her favourites), one of her more unusual hobbies is trying to be understood in her thick Liverpudlian accent! A keen socialite, Joanna enjoys nothing more than spending time with her family and friends and can always be counted on for a bit of Karaoke!

Louisa has worked as an event manager for eyeforpharma since April 2008, and is responsible for organizing venues and coordinating logistics for conferences around the world. In her spare time she enjoys running, travelling and reading.
