Francesco Lucarelli joined HCB Health in 2016 and currently serves as managing director of the agency’s Bio Pharma division. He is responsible for all elements of the division’s work creation, delivery and production; internal team management; and external client development and satisfaction. During his more than 20 years in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, Francesco has overseen product launches and developed results-driven strategy in a wide variety of leadership roles. He has broad experience in strategic planning and commercialization strategy, client services and business development. Before joining HCB, Francesco was with McCann Health where he most recently served as senior vice president, director of strategic planning. Prior to McCann, Francesco held VP and SVP positions with the following healthcare marketing firms: QuantiaMD (now Univadis), MDG Development Group, Gardiner-Caldwell (now part of Ashfield Healthcare) and PAREXEL. On the client side, he also worked in various sales and marketing roles with Novartis and Novo Nordisk Pharmaceuticals.
