But, what could be some of the challenges that pharmaceutical companies need to take into consideration about this promising market?
Some of the challenges could be the generic market growth, government regulations, the healthcare reform programme, strong local producers, price controls and insufficient infrastructure.
The pharmaceutical industry will continue growing in Latin America even if these challenges persist. Companies need to be prepared and aware of these challenges.
