Take for instance, Health Websites, for years pharma dare not touch or understand this valuable information tool because it could be seen as negative, bias and deceitful. Now with the era or Web 2.0 these websites can become a platform for discussion, learning and evolution in health.

Never before can pharma get access to its customers in such a way that can build a trustful partnership, something that has been missing for a long time. But also provide data and market knowledge that can help raise companies profiles, image and ultimately sales.

This area is now so vital to the way pharma is doing business now and in the future that it simply cannot be ignored. Physicians, Patients, HCP's and the Public now search every second of every day for health information. Online Marketing does not have a choice - It has to be pro-active to this change and be there for it's market.
